I've been "offline" with no internet service for two day.  It's amazing how you depend on this magic net thing!  But, I'm back online now and just in time for Fit Tip Friday.  So, I was thinking today about goals and resolutions.  I've heard it said that February is folks' fattest month.  I've noticed the numbers in the gym have dwindled and I've lost a few faces from my classes, so I guess about mid-February is when the New Year's fitness resolutions start to flat line, or just plain die out.  What a pity.  There was so much planning and energy in January, and a mere month later it's like a balloon with a slow leak.


So, this is the Fit Tip:  GET BACK OUT THERE!  Get off the couch, put the junk food in the trash, eat some REAL FOOD, GET BACK TO YOUR RESOLUTIONS!  GET BACK ON YOUR WAGON - whatever that wagon is!  Keep that goal in front of you, fresh and ready to be met!  

AND DO YOUR 12 PUSH-UPS TODAY!  If you have already forgotten the 40 Day Challenge, I'm reminding you here.  Beginning on Wednesday (Ash Wednesday) do 10 Push Ups and add 1 Push Up each day for the 40 Days of Lent.  If you haven't done  your 12 today, there's no time like the present.   Give me 12 . . .
